A boomer through and through, I am always seeking a way to evolve . . .
For many years I was a journalist and editor for traditional newspapers. That journey led me to books, which led me to the world of international trade, more books, more articles, awards and even consulting on subjects as arcane as international standards.
From 1991 on I worked virtually from a home office, reaching people worldwide to do my business. This was thrilling, but also alienating. I missed people contact, particularly after 9/11 when much of my travel diminished. (You can see the sorts of work I do at www.a-zinternational.com.)
So, in 2002, I formed Hidden-Tech in western Massachusetts -- one of the first networks to serve the needs of virtual company entrepreneurs. Many are home-based, but some are not. Many are techies, and just as many do anything you can imagine. Visit www.hidden-tech.net to see.

I was born and raised in Pittsfield, Massachusetts , you know that last little stop on the Mass Pike, Lee! Ohh what fond memories I have of that last stop on the Mass Pike :) I currently have one brother and sister still living in the Pittsfield area. All others have passed on or here in the State of Florida. I just visited in Novemeber for my 35th class reunion, what a hoot that was. I love that area Amy , I have lost two sibblings and my wonderful Mother who all are buried back home. My elderly Dad is terminally ill here in Florida and am afraid I may be taking him home as well soon. I have so enjoyed reading all about you and your profile. Kuto's girl for your obvious success in life :) your talent is staggering. I will take a harder look at your groups here on Eons after I get through this very busy holiday season, Merry Christamas and God Bless.
