Places I've been

(Irish, German, Cherokee (just found out it was from my great, great maternal grandfather’s side) have lived most of my life in Texas in many different towns both large and small with a few years spent in Louisiana (Shreveport/Bossier & West Monroe/Monroe areas), New Mexico and Colorado, but Texas is home at least for now. I love being single after being married for 32 years it is giving me the opportunity to heal and find out who I am deep down in my inner core, finding this person, this mysterious person who got lost in the marriage, has been the best time spent and it is a never ending search. I am finding out that I enjoy being alone, living life for me and my wonderful bears (dogs), getting to go out anytime I feel like it, do anything I feel like doing or just staying at home and enjoying a good day of watching TV or reading a good book or surfing the internet or all three at the same time. I am finally starting to be comfortable in my own life at last. But I am still not strong enough to allow to many others in it right now ~~~ so the healing continues ~~~~

Enjoying life more and more every day - it is becoming what I always imagined my life being - just never realized that I wanted to live alone - till now.

Antique Car shows, Ghost Hunting, Crafts, Murder Mystery Dinners/Parties, Gardening, Movies, Museums/arts, Music/concerts, Outdoor activities (bike riding, walking in nature, camping, swimming, fishing), Reading, Spending time with pets, Sporting events (live not on TV), Travel (national and international – have been to Italy and Greece as will as many place in the states) , TV, Computer games (hooked on the Sims), Wine tasting (as long as it is not red wines)

Golden Oldies - if I listen to music Would rather be reading, listening to a book on tape or enjoying my bears

Favorite TV Shows

CSI - all but Maimi one, Ghost Whisper, Closer, shows invloving murder, mystery, supernatural

Favorite Movies

Too many to name - again anyone I am watching at the moment is my favorite - types of movies I like the most are murder/mystery, comedy, romance, thrillers, sci-fi

Favorite Books

Alias Babylon - anyone I am reading or listening to at the moment - right now it is "Vanishing Point" and "Ghost Walk" oh and "Morgian's Cross" three very different books.
