I was actually born in Miami, FL, but lived in Jacksonville most of my life. Moved up to Cincinnati after my ex-husband retired from the US Navy. Love to travel, but have not had a chance to so far. Maybe one day.

After my husband moved out and decided he wanted his freedom after 28 years, I decided that it was time for to do something for myself. I had always wanted to get my degree, but with the raising of my family, I never had the chnace to do this. I enrolled in school and I am working on my Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and Visual Communications. This was the best move I had done in my life. I have already received my Associate's Degree in Healthcare Administration and on my way to my Bachelor's Degree.

I have two sons, one who is married with 4 wonderful children. The other one still lives with me, due to having a Bipolar condition and social anxiety disorder. Even though he lives with me, and I have to still take care of many things for him, we are both independent.

At the present time, I am looking for work, since I lost my job back in April of this year. My positioin was eliminated after a new position was created. I was told that I did not have 3 of the educational qualificaitons to stay in the new position.

Life is wonderful though and I know that I will soon find another position at some point. It is kind of nice though, to be off for the summer months.
