Whhooo HOOO I am a very passionate, enthusiastic horse lover. My dream is to be able to run an equine business full time.  I manage a small private horse farm right now. I have 3 horses that I share my life with. I have one daughter & 2 grand daughters. All of us are involved with horses. My daughter manages a large horse farm & is an expert farrier. I train, trail ride, play with, & sometimes just enjoy watchin' all that grazing going on..it is so good for my soul.

If it has horses it's my favorite. Absolutely to date favorite horse movie is Hildalgo..that movie was all about that horse!! All The Pretty Horses, The Horse Whisperer, SeaBiscuit, Flika(new & old), Black Beauty, The Black Stallion et al, since I am still a kid at heart too..I love the animated movies..Finding Nemo, Shrek, Sharks Tale, tons of them out there.

    Good evening, I'm still trying to get use to this. I haven't figured out the bloging stuff yet. I know what you mean about just watching the hores graze. I also enjoyed this summer just going out and sitting in the pasture under a tree and watching and listening to the horses. Soon or later they would all come up and hang with me and see if I had any snacks. The foals would come up just to nuzzel me and hang with me and get brushed. I always carried a curry comb with me. They are so relaxing and calming for me. I haven't got to ride much in the past few years but I hope this year will be different. I would like to try showing Frosty in halter get some riding in. If not I'm happy in there letting me hang with them. Have a beautiful week end, Kay

    HI JO, YEA HE GOES WITH ME WHEN I GO RIDE THE TRAILS NEAR MY HOUSE. HE IS A HEART WORM SURVIVOR, HE IS ONLY 5 BUT WITH ORGANS AND ENERGY LEVEL OF AN OLD DOG. HE DOESN'T GO AS FAST AS HE USED TO BUT HE STILL LOVES IT.. ALL I HAVE TO DO IS PUT ON MY FAVORITE RIDING SHOES AND MY HAT AND HE GOES CRAZY WITH EXCITMENT. YEA MOMMY YEA MOMMY LETS GO.. I LEARNED A VALUABLE LESSON THO. GET YOUR DOG CHECKED FOR HEART WORMS AND KEEP THEM ON PREVENTATIVE MEDS. IT WAS A VERY COSTLY LESSON TOO.BUT HE IS WORTH IT...
