Hi,
I am glad to be here. It looks like a really neat place. I am recently widowed. (Nov. 2006) after 41 years of marriage, so it's been a rough time.
I have two grown children and a grandson, who's 17. I have recently started doing volunteer work for the Blinded Veterans Assn. and at a children's nursery in my area, both of which I enjoy.
My hobbies are reading, genealogy, gardening, and traveling. I'm hoping to meet new friends here.
