I am a grandmother of three, 2 girls one boy. I have two children, one of each. I am still working, although I am retiring at the end of december. I work at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. I am a secretary to one professor and general flunkie. I have been on the same job for 25 1/2 years. I am 58 years of age, have a husband named Joe and a cat named KayCee. I am the current vice- president of the Knoxville Chapter of the United Campus workers. I enjoy going to Nashville and talking with legislators. I joined UCW to make the campus a better place for the lower paid employees. I don't make that much myself. I love to read, cook, and play with my grandkids, not necessarily in that order. I think that I will enjoy this website as it seems like there is a lot going on.
