Hello world! I'm living my life's passion after returning to college at age 50 to become a Veterinary Technician (and graduating magna cum laude I might add!) 

 I work at an emergency vet clinic and love my new life. Lucas, my belgian sheepdog, is a therapy dog and we work to bring smiles to those who need a lick and a paw of comfort.

I just signed up for a pottery class, because in a previous life I was a designer for 30 years and I need to keep my creative juices flowing as well.

I highly recommend horseback riding as meditation, my mare has helped keep me sane for many years now!

I believe one should never stop learning, never look back in sorrow and never stop smiling.
