Grew up in Kansas City, Missouri. (Hometown), High School Name (City, State) Went to a wonderful parochial, all-girls high school. College Name Attended a liberal arts college in Wisconsin. Did not graduate. Full time work and a young son made it feel impossible. I never did go back...I wish I had. Now I have no interest in getting a degree, although I have not lost my love of learning. Occupation(s) I continue to work as a Secretary, but I hate to use capitalization in my text!

Just a note leaving it here for Eons...they sent me a real live, honest to goodnes, snail mail gift which I received today with a handsigned note by the Eons team. It is a round mouse pad with the Eons symbol on it! Just like the eons round cicle you see on this website!

I also want to say thank you to Eons for allowing myself, and others, to create groups that might be of interest to others. I have had the pleasure of meeting some very funny, creative, caring and compassionate people online here. My horizons have been expanded and I wonder who will say what next...it's a HOOT so far.

And thanks too for the space to blog...it is to say the least, very cathartic! (and thanks for featuring my blog about the toilet tissue on THE FRONT PAGE) Thank you!

Still working and enjoying it. I think about retiring at 62, but loving my job the way I do, am not sure I'll be ready to actually say "I'm retiring." Ahhh, some days it comes easy, others, not. Tiime will tell.
