I have lived most of my life in Virginia. But I enjoy many aspects of Las Vegas, mostly the weather, the fine food and entertainment. I have visited relatives in Florida, but am not at all fond of the humidity and heat. I used to spend summers as a child vacationing with my parents in Pennsylvania - mostly at Indian Lake in the Pocono's.

I have been dabbling in the arts ever since college with a short hiatus while I raised my two girls to adulthood. I have done many crafts from Macrame to Painting and Photography. Polymer Clay and Jewelry making are the current passions.

thank you for signing my guestbook. yes, i'm so happy my daughter is home. she'll be leaving on friday (her daughter's b'day) for 21 days.
i'm sure it's quite warm in virginia, however, since i''ve been living in hawaii for more than 25 years, i've gotten used to the wonderful trade winds!! believe me, after having lived in puerto rico, florida and the bahamas, i truly understand what it's like to have the humidity higher than the temperature!!!
I'll keep in touch and let you know what's going on. =o)
