Swedish and English decent so have always loved to cook. When I was working I was in catering for years...worked my way up to pastry chef. Now retired and not near as fond of cooking as I use to be.
Love gardening, and of course my most favorite subject is HORSES> of which our family(3) have had since my daughter was in high school. She is now 34 and a wonderful physicial specializing in AIDS....oh and NOW it is my turn for the horses!
