I am a marriage and family therapist. I write non-fiction self help books on personal growth through travel.

Questing Marilyn: In Search of My Holy Grail is about a trip around England and Ireland. It is about the Quest for Self which for me is the spirit, soul and sense of connection with God. I use the Holy Grail as the sense of Self as many believe that if we found the mythical Holy Grail somehow we would be able to be our true selves and know our connection to spirit. They are also about relationships. This includes parent child, woman to woman and man woman.

Questing France: Deepening The Search for My Holy Grail follows my story as I return from England to discover my husband is romantically involved with a woman I thought was my friend. It covers the confrontation, separation, reconciliation and celebration stages of my life. I explain ways to help children deal with parental conflict as part of the story.

Questing Home: A Safe Place for My Holy Grail continues my story as I discover lies and a conspiracy to destroy all that I have built. It is about bullying adults especially in the legal system and emotional and psychological abuse.   

Through reading my real life accounts readers can make choices to change and improve areas in their own lives and their relationships.  Great for discussion.

Activities

I love to travel and have been a lot of wonderful places. When I am home I enjoy gardening, reading, cycling and time with family and friends.
