Not an army brat, but my fathers company relocated us often. I lived in California, New Jersey and Illinois before I was a teen. Grew up there and married an army man, so lived in Kentucky, and Kansas before moving to Indiana in 1983. Been here since, but feeling restless again. My favorite place I have been is Hawaii, where my daughter and I spent a week on Oahu.

Arisen from the ashes of emotional destruction. Like The Phoenix I am stronger than ever.
I am a throw back to an earlier time in a lot of ways. I love to cook and bake, my grand kids and my daughter are the center of my world.
I have an adult daughter and 3 small grandsons. My third grandson was born 12-16-06. He was diagnosed prenatally with moderate to severe hydrocephalus. We do not know what his future holds, we only know he is loved.
I am a Christian, deeply spiritual but do not attend church often. I try to live by the tennets of my fith, but fall short as all people do.
Weekends usually find me hanging out with friends listening to karaoke and laughing. It is not as important to me what I am doing, but the people I am surrounded by.

"You cannot succeed without giving up those negative thoughts of being unworthy of the happiness you seek.If you have a dream it is because God sees you worthy of having it." Bob Perks Intimacy means that we're safe enough to reveal the truth about ourselves in all its creative chaos. If a space is created in which two people are totally free to reveal their walls, then those walls, in time, will come down. -Marianne Williamson That which causes us trials shall yield us triumph: and that which make our hearts ache shall fill us with gladness. The only true happiness is to learn, to advance, and to improve: which could not happen unless we had commence with error, ignorance, and imperfection. We must pass through the darkness, to reach the light." ~ Albert Pike ~
