Hi, I'm Jeane`Marie, a married mother, and grandmother and fifty-three years young.

I live in the Beautiful Pacific NW with my husband and my wonderful Best Furry Friend, Miss Madison. She is a beautiful and loving  7 year old girl, that is a mixture of Golden Retriever, Newfie and Chessie. She really is my pal.

I was diagnosed with a genetic chronic illness (Alpha 1 antitrypsin deficiency) back in the winter of 2005. Which really is genetic emphysema. The doctors had diagnosed me with COPD 10 years previous and it just got progressive to the point one night I ended up in ER not being able to breath. After my diagnosis, my Pulmonologist prescribed a weekly infusion-Prolastin C. After a year of a once a week IV dose, my veins were becoming quite fragile. We chose in April of 2006 to have a mediport put in place in my chest and have my infusions administered that way. Which has been a blessing and goes quite well. The prognosis of all of this was, that I may need a lung transplant in the future, but at this point and time, I am doing just terrific.

Other than all of that, I write daily, share my life and life experiences with friends and family and truly enjoy my grandchildren, a boy age four and girl age seven.

I love to take pictures, read, fish and go for walks with my BFF, Miss Madison (yes she is named after the hydroplane).

I meditate and yoga almost daily and keep on trying to be the best spirit I can be.

Activities

I love spending time with my grand bebes. Our 7 yr old grand daughter we call the "Princess of the Sassy Pants" and our 5 yr old grandson we call "Prince Rockin' Rowdy Ryley". Plus on June 3, 2010 we were blessed with Cody Lee which we may have to nickname "MooseLee" he is such a big boy. They are truly a blessing. I also enjoy writing and working my little home venture which is photo shows put to music. I have titled it Memory Montage, and I take people`s pictures of their life and put them to music and produce them on DVD for them. I love to read and garden and shop for antiques and oddities.
