I am a physician and researcher in the study of aging at Boston University Medical School. As Associate Professor in Medicine and a Geriatrician, I care for older patients at Boston Medical Center.     hello tom, i am a 72 year old female trying to get over a stroke of 1 year ago. i have worked really hard and have regained my walking to a degree. left side fusses at me. i need advice as to learn things to help me. i live in a small town and fidining help is hard, whom do i look for to get help? any sugestionswill be welcome. i do what movements i can. i have brain damage. i am in pain. so know some nervers are working. can't walk or stand long as left foot wears out,something not firing look forward to hearing from you.
