More about me

I am a lawyer in a very small (one lawyer) office in a very small town. I am planning to retire next year. I live with my husband of 26 years, a dog and a kitty. We put most of our energy into our five grandchildren and family. We love almost anything we can do with the children including camping.  I am an avid reader and am very interested in Spanish Colonial Arts. I do colcha embroidery in my spare time.

Activities

Work is an important part of my activities. I practice family law: divorce, custody, property division and support. I am concerned about the effect of our legal system on families. I have studied mediation and collaborative law to provide less destructive alternatives to my clients. I also read, sew, hike and camp.
