After graduating from high school most of my life was spent in Maryland. However, I was blessed to be able to travel most of the USA,alittle of Canada, & very important is Amsterdam. What a fascinating country.

I'm 55 ,college education, divorced, living life instead of surviving. Husband wanted a new life after 28yrs.

I've 2 sons, happily married & 4 grandchildren. The oldest son 34, lives in ATL, a Counselor w/abused children (ages 5-18)decided Engineering degree wasn't needed. Oh yes, he is an Olympian in Track & Field. The youngest is 31, lives outside of Chicago, involved in many activities, Asst. Principal and Teacher with a Charter School which has been receiving positive media attention.

I'm in the planning stages of starting a business within a year. It's something I'm very passionate about. A girl has to take care of herself. Oh yes, I'm also writing a book.

I survived Hurricanes Ivan & Jean (9/2004). Approximately 50 days later I was involved in a drunk driver accident in my hometown.

That incident altered my life forever. I'm now classified disabled. I walk with a cane & a limp but I'm still fairly active. I just can't do some things by myself. No more rock climbing, no marathons, roller skating, bowling, carpentry, etc. I think you get the picture.

I'm 5ft.3in. and still pleasing to the eyes.

Ok, if I have scared you just bow out gracefully. No harm done as I'm used to it.
