- More about me
-
I'm 5' 10" of German/Irish orneryness but always a gentleman. My hair is a curly Lt. brown (with a little grey at the edges), and it's still all there. I wore it to the middle of my back in between 1973 to 1975. I look like a Marine now.
My devilishly playful eyes are hazel with gold "flecks". The ladies say they like gold.
I have a restless spirit. I've had way too many different jobs, mostly because I won't put up with management B.S. My job isn't who I am and greed don't drive my life.
I worked as a radio announcer (mostly part time) for 8 years. Radio is still in my blood and it was the best "job" I've ever had. It just didn't pay all that much.
Family has always been the most important thing to me. I've got 2 daughters. Now I'm the one who has to meet the boyfriend with a ball bat, whereas I used to BE the boyfriend who met the father's ball bat. Man, life sure throws ya' curves. Then in December of 2005 my wife decided family wasn't that important and walked out. Sadly, this past July she made it final. 29 years of marriage wasn't important enough for her to want to save it.
I've got way too many things I want to do before I cross over. Currently I'm trying to learn guitar. I'm a former percussionist so the transition is awkward. Music is an emotional part of me, especially the blues.
Psychology is now a hobby of mine. There was a time I wanted to be a psychologist but a cute smile and a nice little backside, sidetracked that idea. Hindsight is 20/20 but I don't have any regrets. I've got two great daughters from her.
I want to travel various parts of Europe. Germany and Ireland (of course). England, Italy, Greece, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. Then there's Australia. I love the Aussie spirit, mate!
I'm considering finding a job in Arizona or New Mexico. The Southwest is calling me...strongly. I just don't know if I could deal with the "critters" they have out there.
Well there's more but I see some of you are already falling asleep. PM me and ask me anything. I'll always give you an honest and sometimes blunt answer.
