I am 78 years old..(my birthday is on May 10) I try to stay active by walking and biking (weather permitting) and volunteering. I enjoy my grandchildren (and my great-grandchild, (see below)). I also enjoy looking for birds. I am a member of the WSO (Wisconsin Society of Ornithology). I participate in various bird counts. My wife is a member of the Oneida Nation and I am studying their language. It is difficult and challenging. I hope to pass it along to my grandchildren. I love nature and you will find me outside most of the time.
News Flash! On March 5th, 2009, I became a Great-Grandfather. His name is Lucius and he weighed in at 7lbs 14ozs.
I recently learned that I have arthritis My left leg has been bothering me and my doc said it was arthritis. It will not keep me from doing the things I like to do although I must admit, it has slowed me down a little.
