I am originally from Ohio, Hocking Hills area. Graduated from Belpre, Ohio. Graduated Western Union school. Transferred to Cocoa, Florida. Worked for Western Union and CBS during space program. Worked CBS through all Gemini space shots, then worked Western Union through Apollo space shots through Apollo 14. Moved to Louisiana where my husband was from and opened an auction house, with my husband being the auctioneer. When husband passed away I got my auctioneer license and kept business open. At present I hold benefit auctions for free to help people in need. In between all of the above, I got a couple years college in.
