Hi welcome, I'm Sharon and I live in L.A., Lower Alabama.

I am the second of four children. I was born and raised in Kellogg, Idaho. After I graduated from high school I joined the Air Force and served at Barksdale AFB in Shreveport, LA. After the AF I moved to Victoria, Texas where I graduated from the University of Houston/Victoria Campus in 1978 with a BS in Education, unfortunately so did everyone else, so I never taught but went on to work at the University Library for 4 years. I moved to Alabama and have been here for the past 24 years, also working in two public libraries and one regional library for a total of 14 more years. Right now I  guess you could say I'm semi-retired, I am staying at home looking for work but not real hard, it is nice not to be under the stress of a job at this time!

I have three grown children, two boys Erin and Colby and one girl Leigh~Ann, but we have always called her Sissy. I also have three stepchildren and six grandchildren, the newest being my man Drake!

I enjoy reading, old movies and collecting porcelin dolls and minature tea sets, hence the nickname teacup49.  

I came into my profile today to remove my picture of Booger my loyal and loving dog who died last month after being poisioned by antifreeze, but I just couldn't do it.  Sigh, he was such a wonderful dog and so loving that I just can't remove him right now from my profile, love you and miss you boy!
