I have spent most of my life in the St. Louis area. In 1980 my brother and I decided to drive to Florida. I wanted to see the ocean. We left on Friday and had to work on Monday. We drove 22 hours one way and stayed 12 hours and drove back. We both knew that we would look back and talk about the one weird thing we had done in life.

- More about me
-
I am the 9th of 11 children. I've heard that #7 and 9 have special abilities and believe me, it's true about me.
I work as a Respiratory Therapist. After 23 years in adult care, I move to a children's hospital in 1999 and went back to college. I had to learn all about neonatal/pediatrics in the day and worked on my Master's in Gerontology in the evening.
I received my Master's in 2004 and volunteer for Alzheimer's. Working with kids is so amazing. I also transport via airplane, helicopter and ambulance. The smallest patient weighed a bit more than a pound so when a baby weighs 2,3 or 4 pounds, their considered "big" in my eyes. I continue to work with kids because I love it. Maybe I'll find a job in Gerontology once I burn out but 30 years of health care and still loving it, makes me doubt I'll be looking soon...LOL
Most important, I don't smoke, curse and don't drink. I have witnessed God's miracles daily and strongly believe that "we have come this far by faith".
Married with children!!
