More about me

My interests include reading, sewing, cooking, repairing antique pottery. I belong to Change for Kentucky, a part of Democracy for America and the NAACP. I am a liberal Catholic who disagrees with the church on abortion, birth control and gay rights. I am very liberal and believe that everyone is equal and entitled to everything that is necessary for a good life. I have 3 daughters, 5 grandchildren and custody of the youngest who has cerebral palsy, blind and deaf. He keeps me busy.

I haven't updated for a while,  I lost my youngest grandson last April 17 and I am just starting to feel like I can live again.  He died from pneumonia - a result of having a delayed swallow.

So anyway, hoping to get back into the Change for Kentucky group (part of Democracy for America), going to pay my Moose dues, and start living again.
