I was born in Oklahoma City, OK; but I've lived in ? many places in Oklahoma, then multiple foster "homes" in Arkansas, throughout my childhood and teen years; walked out (literally) of the last one the day I turned 18. Was in New Orleans, Stone Mountain (GA) and Myrtle Beach (SC) during the summer of my 17th year. Lived in Sikeston, MO, for less than a year, when I was 18-19. Had an extended visit (almost moved there), and many short ones, in Memphis, (TN) when I was in my 20's. Visited different friends in Nashville (TN) a couple of different times, also while in my 20's. In 1995, I drove to Orlando, FL (from Little Rock to Memphis; going south and east through MS, AL, and GA on the way down. Came back north and west through GA, AL, and New Orleans, (including the approx. 25 miles over Lake Pontchartrain), and up through MS on the way back. Stayed a few days in Pensacola (FL), loved it and wished I could have stayed there (at the time). Then, a hurricane came through a couple of months later and really did a number on Pensacola, so I ended up being glad I came back when I did.
