How in the h_ll did you figure out that the eyes I posted were Peggy's. Did you remember the photo I once posted of her when we visited? . . . You're too dam perceptive!! LOL
About the comment on our 'Welcome' painting outside basement entry: Did you mean, like, "WELCOME, NEIGHBOR! COME SIT A SPELL!" Is that what you mean by 'My kind of America?' It is too bad, things change, and usually not for the better. When I was a kid on the farm we knew all the neighbors for three or four miles around. Today I can hardly call the neighbor across the street by name, only slightly acquainted, and nothing in common. Hey, why don't you move next door. We could probably sing some of the same songs, dance the same dances and for sure, talk the same talk. . . . . Thanks for the comment. I loved it. . . . P.S. I like your new wild hair look, back to the Einstein and Sam Clemens look. That's the real you. . . . Bill
My pitcher is tilted Richard....ya know.... slanted..... or is it in the eye of the beholder...???? Thanks for the nice comment....that's what keeps me painting!!!!
Reminds me of a recent Police call in the area of someone trapped under a car. When the officers arrived they found a guy who had fallen asleep while changing the oil on the car. Not to worry folks the car was on jack stands and the guy just needed the nap.--W
