I do my bead embroidery on buckram, which is a stiff interfacing. It is great because it is cheap and you can draw on it, or trace on it before you get started. or you can just wing it which is the most fun, I think ! Also, use a very good thread, like silimide.
I had been watching my neighbors tree, and just waiting for the bloom to open. They do not last long - so as soon as I saw it I knew it was time for the camera.
