Places I've been
I was born in Wichita, Ks, but moved to Iola when I was in 6th grade. It was where my grandparents lived, and my mom considered it her home town. (Hometown), High School Name (City, State)
I graduated from Iola High School in 1972. I'm currently working with the reunion committee, planning our 35th reunion for Memorial Day weekend this year.
College Name
Allen County Community Junior College. Graduated with an Associate of Arts Degree. Didn't go on to a 4-year college, I had no idea at the time what to major in . . it's one of those "if I knew then, what I know now . . ." I would've trained to be an Occupational Therapist. But at the time, I'd never even heard of one! Not the first time it's been a case of "too little, too late!"

Due to a series of health problems, I'm currently not employed. My favorite job in the past has been working as a para-educator in special education classrooms. Those kids just wrap their way around your heart!

About me? Well, when I first joined Eons, I obviously didn't know anything about a profile page, did I? About me is listed under History, and I just don't feel like going to all the trouble of moving it over here! Guess that tells you one thing about me. I figure I did good to be able to put it somewhere, so I'll just leave it as it is---like the old saying goes, if it ain't broke, don't fix it! It may be a little bent, but its not broke!
