Hi, I just read your profile. My husband and I drove over the road for 5 years with a straight truck with a built in bunk sleeper. We love the job, called it a 'paid vacation'. Like you we enjoyed the different people across America, souther food is the BEST. Climate change is just as you say it is. Drive into , thru, and out the other side of a storm. Snow one day.Rain + humid the next. We missed Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Maine. I have 6 shoe boxes of photos and post cards from all the states we were in. I hear where you are coming from.
