Being out in the garden must be great, 99% of my psoriasis unfortunately covers the bottoms of my feet, really hampers my activity level. I also find those treatments a very scary thought, especially since I seem to be allergic to some of the simplest drugs available. Some foods, MSG and it seems rubber as well.
