It is the Stone Arch Bridge in Minneapolis. The blue building on the other side is the Guthrie Theater and the bridge is a pedestrian bridge crossing the Mississippi River.
David, thanks for the comment. The fish are Sailfish. In 1990 I almost drowned in Ocean City when I got too tuckered out to tread water. I was almost fish food far from shore. I took these paintings and put them in the closet for years because I would get traumatized at even TV with Jock Caustue on.

I am located 135 miles due west of Baltimore. Just right below Cumberland, MD., A very cool railroad town. We moved here the day the Pentagon got hit.
