I'm going to start to paint when Grandma Moses did at 60. I get lost in my writing when I write and have done so in painting in the past. I love the written word it sends me to places in my heart where I need to be when problems come into my life they seem distant after even 15 minutes of writing. Like someone is guiding my hand and my heart. Art takes me there when I go to the museum also, for a brief moment in time I'm transformed into that painting and all is well with the world.
