Hi Jackie...I probably wouldn't be much help to you blogwise...I've been in the business for 32 years, and you get burned out now and then and go do something else. The best thing to do is pick a niche...whatever you like to do most...and work on that. Currently I do loans, which means I don't have to be driving all over the place...I can do most from home. Find an affiliate or someone you like in the business and team up with them. It helps, but be sure it's someone you can trust.
