I enjoyed browsing through your profile. Lots there I can identify with. It's good to be proud of your age. I'm 61 going on 62 and planning to take early social security. This site looks interesting, so I think I'll check it out a bit. Unfortunately, I am still on dial-up (we're rural). But they are working on it and maybe by Sept. I'll have hi-speed. How lucky you are to have met him. I have not, but to see him smile (which, I think he does frequently) is to see so much of our worldy grief put back in proportion. I've never heard, seen or read that any of those we pray to - of any of our religions - has deemed it disrespectful to laugh. Although, you wouldn't know it by the sobriety exhibited by religious leaders. That's why I love the Dalai Lama too.
