Thank you for your saying that you have been in both northern and southern area's.. I will look harder for a place to park a motorhome and hoping to be able to build at least a 3 car garage with the extended roof over the motorhome.. some city codes do not allow this..when I sell my place here in Florida...California is the place I plan to spend the last years I have left...
