It seems to be a little pregnant on the right side, I must correct that. I understand what you are saying about the shadowing. I have a question about that, the books I have talk about shadowing to show the circular shape of the tree so would the shading be dark on both sides of the trunk for instance??? Just want to say that your positive feedback on my watercolors means a lot to me. Probably like many artists, I don't have a clear sense of what my work looks like to others. I only see the shortcomings so its heartening to hear some good words from another artist. Thanks!
Understand, a lesson on painting whites, glossy, shine, and glass would be really helpful for us newbies :) Like I said before, very realistic and touchable !!
