As a former Comcast employee, and current subscriber, I can tell you that when the honeymoon 12 month offer is up, it is over. They have just raised the cost of cable service overall, and told me they only make $1 on the introductory promo.....uh-h-h-h-h.... Right!
Although the internet service is fast, provided the company keeps the equipment updated, which is not the case in Sarasota, FL, the service is good, not great. The phone service, although costing slightly less than the provider they most fear here, Verizon Fios, Comcast phone service has it's quirks, many of which mysteriously come and go, and cannot be explained by company reps.
