The world needs more hippies. Some may cringe at this declarative statement, but it's true, nevertheless. In an age of unprecedented global consumerism, where we, the consumer, fuel mega-corporations (which are slowly destroying the earth's sensitive Eco-systems), hippies practice and advocate strategies that lessen their environmental footprint.
