Susan Ruddick Bloom holds a BFA & MFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art, and is Professor and Chair of the Department of Art and Art History at McDaniel College, in Maryland. She also leads workshops at the Maine Photographic Workshop & the Palm Beach Photographic Centre.
