Hi, I came across this site by accident and it sounds really great. I didn't realise that I came under the BOOmer age - I'm still getting used to the idea that I have turned 50! In my mind I haven't grown up yet!! I live in the lovely village of Hadfield, near Glossop in the Peak District of England - 15 miles east of Manchester. I lived most of my life in central London and decided that I wanted to come back to sanity and so returned home to Glossop. I am single, live in a red brick house and from my kitchen window I look out onto the hills that surround this area. It is beautiful here but we do get a fair amount of rain - hence once being the centre of the cotton industry in the UK. Any questions will be happily answered.
