Originally from Omaha, now living in Council Bluffs, Iowa right across the Missouri River from Omaha. Have lived in so many places across the United States, also two years in Bangkok, Thailand.

I like nature (rocks, trees, forests), although am NOT a water person. Arts, crafts, sewing, gardening, cooking, biking, traveling are among the many things I am interested in. I have a 12 year old Irish Water Spaniel, and I am a born again believer, like to study the Bible. I like board games, dominoes, card games, and am very flexible. I have relatives and friends all over the country and would like to travel a lot to visit and also meet new people who like to travel too.

Traveled to North Carolina last November 2009, it was wonderful.   Retired end of May 2010, was going to sell my place and travel but since the economy went downhill so did my plans. Still in Council Bluffs but really like it here so guess I'll be here awhile.
