I am a happy seventy five year old woman, with a wonderful family and amazing friends and have just come home from New Hampshire, where I lived for thirty years. Must return often, I need this. I am a writer, have been a film hairdresser, innkeeper, metaphysical book store owner, Realtor, mother, grandmother, traveler and love to inspire and communicate with people.
I just moved to Hermosa Beach in February and am coming back to myself and hopefully better after the loss of my husband in Janurary. Time heals and so do I with the love of all.
I am a devotee of Adi Da Samraj.

I love to read, to write, to email, Twitter and all of that. I have just traveled back to New England, and Brooklyn and Boston for a most wonderful trip which has energized me. I am learning to paint. A long way to go. Do some very gentle yoga. After trip will rejoin Weight Watchers. Taking courses with Adi Da Samraj. Just living in the moment. Love my blog. Flying Into the Sun which is about my book. Wrote other book too. Hairdresser to the Stars, A Hollywood Memoir.

I love New England, especially Snowville where I lived for thirty years. But icy winters don't work any more. I love where I am and live in the moment. Thailand is my favorite place I have traveled to. I would weep when I thought about leaving there for a long time. I do want to try Tuscany, and often live there in my mind when cooking.
