I've been a Real Estate Broker and in the business since 1987. My area of specialty until 2002 was Morgan Hill and Gilroy. I sold brand new homes, horse ranches, a new subdivision, foreclosures, SFR's (single family residences), townhouses, and condos. I also sold a bare land 4-lot subdivision to a developer. For fun, I walk my Pookey, read the NY Times, read non-fiction on my Kindle watch movies with my husband, and rent Netflix at home. I'm also a political junkie.
