For rest and relaxation, I am passionate about enjoying a healthy lifestyle, fitness, reading, cooking, writing, painting, golf, travel, languages and music. Career-wise, I specialize in helping people who want to become more resilient and create strategies for coping with change and adversity. Activities include resilience coaching and consulting, networking, writing, public speaking, marketing and small business development.
