I worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer for almost 20 years collectively for the following companies; Pratt and Whitney, Williams International, Ford Motor Company, and as a contract engineer for Compuware d/b/a Professional Services at Chrysler Corporation in Auburn Hills, Mi. It is the latter two to which I am forging my complaint as they told prospective employers, my private investigator and my newspaper reporter, that I was not employed by them, thus blacklisting me, and preventing from all future employment.

 

I believe that they did this to me because I found fault with one of Chrysler’s automotive designs that could have resulted in a safety issue, that they did not want to fix and it was easier and cheaper to get rid of me.

 

I took my case all the way to the Supreme Court in Washington, DC and in Boston’s Federal court ….all courts denied me justice. A lawyer representing Chrysler offered me $1000 to settle the case about 2 years ago which I refused since I felt it was like a slap in the face compared to the injustice they have caused me.

 

Your viewing of my video will greatly help to end my 13 yrs of homelessness by increasing public awareness of my case and consequently, will send Chrysler, Compuware and combustion components a direct message that I am not giving up and refuse to go quietly into the night.

Is Chrysler Angry At Me?

I reached over 1.5 million viewers 10/25/10

I contacted the communication group at Chrysler and the number got changed since I last talked to them. Some nice soul within Chrysler gave a new number of the gentleman’s boss I was trying to reach. I called her and she was not in but her voice mail gave me her cell number, so I called it. She was driving down the street at the time and said she could not talk and that she would call me back. I replied that I would call her office and leave her my contact info she agreed.

A week later a security specialist called me from Chrysler stating that I must stop contacting the communication group as they cannot do anything for me, which included emailing them, he also stated that I should contact him and he kindly gave me his number.

He went on saying that he saw my videos and that I needed to contact Chrysler’s legal department, here in Boston to resolve this matter. I replied that how I would do that, he stated he would get the info for me and he did a half an hour later.

I sent my info in to Boston just where he told me; they sent it back and said that they needed the precise name of the Chrysler group that was involved. I call the security specialist and immediately he gave me the info.

 I resent my info to Boston and they accepted it. For the next two months nothing happened so I decided to contact Chrysler again via emails and calls to him. No response to the emails and he would just let his voice mail take my calls.

After several calls to this security specialist (just to state the increase number of viewers that have seen my story on the internet) he answered the phone. He denied everything he said to me in our last conservation…especially the bit about resolving this matter. He continued saying it I did not stop calling him and sending emails Chrysler may have to take legal action against me and that I was boarding harassment. Remember he gave me his number…… I said that fine I won’t call you ever again and never send another email, however....

My internet campaign will continue informing the public all over the world of the injustice they did to me!
