Born and raised in Baltimore and proud of it! I'm passionate about life and committed to living my life with intent and purpose. I, like most people, have been through a lot of stuff in my life--good and bad--and I’m happy to say that I still find joy in the little miracles of life. I am happy to be alive…amazed and grateful for each new day and each new experience.

I am a working entrepreneur. With a background in culinary arts and business (and an intense desire to serve and heal) I created my dream business, Pampering U, where I make personal care and wellness products designed to help overworked and stressed out people nurture and heal their minds, bodies and spirit.
