I grew up in Dallas, Texas. In California, I've lived in Berkeley, San Francisco, Mendocino County, and Santa Cruz County. I've also lived in Bethesda, MD and Guanajuato, Mexico. I now live half the year in San Francisco and half the year in Tepoztlan, Mexico. I've traveled to England, France, Italy, Holland, Hawaii, and Canada.
My passion is the pursuit of truth, justice, and beauty. For more than 40 years, I've been immersed in personal growth, spiritual development, political action, and community organizing. I work part-time as a cab driver and, as a volunteer, edit the Progressive Resource Catalog, actively support Barack Obama, and am promoting the development of a network of comprehensive, home-based communities.
