More about me

As I grow older, I appreciate my parents [RIP] more and more.  I recognize traits in me that one or both of my parents exhibited over the years: patience, kindness, leadership, and willingness to work with the group among others.

I'm involved now with genealogy of my family, tracing some parts of it back to about 1000 AD.  I have a large undertaking with creating databases of popular music from the 19th Century and early 20th Century including Broadway shows, opera, and operetta.

In addition to EONS, I write ten blogs filled with personal, spiritual, literary, and political thoughts.

I spend a lot of time at the computer, though my frustration is now at a lower level having replaced the 'Damn Thing' with a new Dell Vista system.  So far, so good.

Retired and don't really have much, but I used to enjoy and be involved in baseball, tennis, bicycling, rocket development.
