There are so many reasons to smile every day! (As soon as I get my photos back into my computer, I'll share a smile with you) I live in Arvada, Colorado with my cat, Monroe. I'm pretty healthy and make it a priority to eat well and exercise. My 5'4" frame is 'average' sized and I have the challenge that most of us have at this stage of our lives....that darned 5-10 pound challenge. Brown hair, brown eyes and a happy attitude. Polish-American heritage and am grateful that my grandparents came to the US so that I still have relatives in Poland and live in this wonderful country. I'm looking for women and men friends, but mostly a male companion that can share my interests,values and laughter.
Activities
Depends upon the time of the year for activities. I live for the Colorado summers and am a hike leader for the Colorado Mountain Club. Since I live in a townhouse, I grow veggies and flowers on my back deck. I would love to find a friend to snorkel with at least once a year.
Favorite Music
Eclectic. Radio stations: 102.3; 101.5, 97.3. When I working around the house I might put on Standards or Earthscape type music.
Favorite TV Shows
Pushing Daisies, Ugly Betty for 2007-2008 I was watching Heroes, but it got a bit too violent for me. I saw two seasons of re-runs of Northern Exposure already.
Favorite Movies
Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Turner Classic Movies, Esther Williams movies.
Favorite Books
Well, actually, the DaVinici Code was one of my favorite books. The African Lady Detective books are a hoot, too. I usually go to the new book section of the library and choose three books. Sometimes I like all three, sometimes, I go right back to the library and choose three more.
