CA (now), D.C., Fla, Upstate NY Montreal,Central Coast CA especially Big Sur where my spirit is renewed

I'm 58, I guess that's easy to figure out, pretty attractive. Mother of 1. Divorced but good friends with my ex. I work in Family Planning and am a liberal but not as liberal as when I was younger. I love being near the beach but love the forests so I go to Big Sur as often as possible. I am spiritual in a Buddhist way(can't say I am a Buddhist, still working on that!). I believe in the good in all people, it's always there...somewhere. I have many younger friends but few my own age. One very special one I consider a sister.
I have been thru the 60's & 70's in depth with many experiences so very little rattles me about people. As much as I still love to party and run around I find I don't really have it in me anymore. Don't misunderstand, I still want to explore and experience the new just not as intensely. Love a great dinner and bottle of wine. I love good music of (almost) every kind, still love rock & roll, motown, r&b. But added to that is now classical, jazz, etc. Love good conversation and learning new things. Wish we could figure out how to make the world better. Am VERY concerned about what we are doing to the environment. Animals and kids are my soft spot. Devoted dog owner.I will stop here til I can think of important things to add.

My birthday has now come and gone...Now I am 58....oh my!

It was a throw back to my youth, lots of friends, good food, ol time rock and roll and my favorite....dancing, dancing, dancing.....It was also a time to reflect....and I am happy to say I am pleased with how things are going....have committed to to actively decide when, where and how to retire.....plan and prepare.....where...St Marteens.....when...4 years...how.......however possible....but 62 is it ! I have also committed to spend more time on me.....yoga....study....practice......
