I am a retired social services administrator for the Mohawk Tribe in Northern New York. I live on the St. Regis Mohawk (Akwesasne) Reservation that straddles the US and Canadian border. I have two children and 3 grandchildren.

I read a lot and work in my garden. I paint a little and write a little.
