I was raised by parents divided by the Mason Dixon Line.. Dad from New Burgh, New York.. Mom From Leesville, Louisiana. By the time I was 6 I had traveled the East Coast Many times, even made it into Texas. Of Course Texas in comparison to Leesville was about 18 miles. My Step Dad was Military so the travel began again. Lived in North Carolina, Louisiana, Ohio, New York, New Mexico and North Carolina again. The States that I have now missed, the Dakota's, Minn, Oregon, California, Washington, Nevada. I still have a bit of time left, will eventually make it to all.. My Vacations have been limited but rather nicely done.. We made it to St. Pete's Beach in Florida, been home to Cloudcroft where I went to school, Yes we have hit Myrtle Beach North and South a few times, Leachfield Beach in SC.. Traveled back to New York years past, need to go again.. Research is calling.

Who am I?

Well, a short little ole lady, who has spent her life, traveling, raising a family, helping to raise the Grand's, and they are truly Grand (yes, there are those days).  I have lived in many beautiful locations.  I spent my life working in Law Enforcement, Security, Retail Management, Running a computer business, teaching, researching, building, re-building, updating, repairing.. And now just researching Genealogy. Yes, I am ready to retire..

Since I really want to be retired, my activities seem to edge toward, play with the grandkids, sewing, painting, gardening, etc. Top of the line, with computers is Researching Family Genealogy.. Long list of Surnames and more keep popping up..

I enjoy soft rock, little bit of r & b, classic, latin, country, love songs..

Primarily Explorer, History.. Love Law Enforcement, court and investigations. Throw back from the old days..

Comedy, Drama, Thrillers.. Love the Di Vinci Code.

My Family.. Siblings - Children - and Grandchildren.. They fill my heart, drain it and fill it back up again.

Now, My favorite places to live in New Mexico, Cloudcroft, Las Cruces, Mesilla and without a doubt Tularosa.. Beautiful little community. In North Carolina.. well Southern Pines and Pinehurst.. New York would be Cornwall.

My Cat - Simon.. My daughter has two dogs, one that belonged to my Mother (Passed). Named Foxy.. the ole girl is now 16 in Human years. The pup in the house is Maggy.. Black Pug with attitude.
